CHAPTER ONE
There comes a moment when the life we have known asks us to become something more. Not because we are fearless, but because something within us is finally ready to trust its wings.
The first glimpse of possibility.
The moment trust begins.
The threshold between fear and faith.
The courage to begin anyway.

CHAPTER TWO
After the courage of crossing comes a quieter discovery. Perhaps home is not a place we must find. Perhaps it is the part of ourselves we are finally ready to welcome back.
Some truths arrive softly. We recognize them not because they are loud, but because something deep within us has always known.
Even when the current carries us far from everything familiar, there is something within us that remembers the way home.
The sea turtle knows something about patience, ancient wisdom, and the extraordinary journey of returning to where we belong.
CHAPTER THREE
And then the journey takes us beneath the surface. Into the mysterious places where we have hidden our dreams, our tenderness, and the parts of ourselves we thought we had to leave behind.
What if the unknown is not something to fear? What if it is where we discover an entirely new way to breathe?
Sometimes we must venture beyond the familiar to discover the beauty and strength waiting beneath the surface.
For every woman who has held her breath while waiting for the right moment to finally live the life she imagined.
There is freedom in discovering that we do not have to fight every current. Sometimes we can simply surrender to the wonder of being alive.
